I find you today with a recipe without gluten, greedy and very easy to achieve. A cake with coconut and chocolate chips. Perfect for beginners in the kitchen, the pressées of the furnace or feignants gourmands! We put all the ingredients in the salad bowl and mix! Hop, end of the preparation.
Ingredients:
60 g of coconut sugar
3 eggs
125 g sesame flour
25 cl of almond milk
1 packet of dry yeast
125 g grated coconut
80g of 90% dark chocolate
If you do not have gluten intolerance you can easily replace sesame flour with wheat flour.
And if you want a lighter version: bye bye chocolate!
Recipe:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Mince the chocolate to obtain large nuggets.
In a salad bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
Pour the dough into a silicone cake mold (to unmould more easily, otherwise slightly oil the dish)
Bake for 45 minutes.
