Peanut butter is life! It’s super greedy but super caloric. To cook, I use PB2: completely natural peanut powder. Peanuts are roasted and powdered to extract 85% fat. Once you have your powder: either you use it as is, as in the recipe below. Either dilute it in a little water to give it a consistency of peanut butter: to spread on a thin slab of corn for example: a delight!

Ingredients: for 6 large cookies: 1 tablespoon of cornflour, 3 tablespoons of oat bran, 4 tablespoons of skim milk powder, 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar (or sweetener if you prefer), 1 tablespoon vanilla flavor , 1 egg, 1 tbsp of PB2, a handful of hazelnut.
Roughly chop the hazelnuts. Mix all the dry ingredients then add the hazelnuts, the vanilla flavor and the egg. On a plate going in oven: to form 6 small piles. Bake 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
It smells good peanut throughout the house!
