Fondant Banana, hazelnuts and chocolate chips

An express recipe with very few ingredients, easy to make and ultra greedy, who says better ?!

This morning, I participated in the Odysséa race (10km) so I improvised this banana fondant for breakfast. It’s very energetic, perfect before the sport.
Served warm, out of the oven … How to say? AIE Aie Aie!! Too good!

Ingredients for two fondants

-1 large ripe banana
-2 tablespoons of hazelnut puree
-1 cs of whole wheat flour
– A handful of chocolate chips



Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
In a salad bowl, crush the banana with a fork to obtain a purée.
Add the hazelnut purée and flour and mix.
Finally add the chocolate chips.
Pour into two tart molds and bake for 10 minutes at 190 degrees.
