In my family, the apple cake is a Sunday classic, a recipe that we do without mother to daughter. But my grandmother’s recipe contains a lot of sugar … and a lot of butter !! (We are Breton !!)
I propose you a lighter version, without fat, with little sugar … But just as fond and greedy!
ingredients
– 60 g. full almond puree
– 60g of coconut sugar
– 2 Ariane apples
– 2 small jars of applesauce
– 50 g. unsalted cashew nuts
– 40 g. of almond powder
– 1 C. to c. yeast
– 70 g. oatmeal
Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° c.
In a bowl, mix the oleaginous purée, the coconut sugar and the applesauce.
Peel apples, cut into thin slices and add to the mixture.
Then add the coarsely chopped cashews and the almond powder
Finally add yeast and oatmeal while stirring
Pour the paste into a silicone mold
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C.
Let cool before eating. Enjoy your meal !
