Often, after races in competition, the food stands distribute slices of gingerbread. I really like it, it made me want to do mine!
The advantage of gingerbread is that it can be kept for several days (well wrapped in aluminum foil).
I consume it before a training in the morning or to taste it if I run at the end of the day.
Rich in carbohydrates, without fat, you will be at the top to perform!
- 250g of organic honey
- 250g of whole wheat flour
- 2 organic eggs
- 10 cl of almond milk
- 1 cc of nutmeg
- 2 cc of four spices
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
Heat 250 g of honey in the microwave (1 minute 30, maximum power)
Pour it well in a salad bowl over 250 g flour. Add 1 sachet of baking powder, vanilla sugar and spices.
While stirring this preparation with a wooden spoon, incorporate little by little 2 eggs, then the milk of almond. The mixture must be homogeneous.
Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled cake pan.
Bake and cook for 1 hour.
Unmould the gingerbread when it has completely cooled. Now, it will be necessary to be patient my little cats! It is necessary to wait 24 hours before enjoying it!
