After a little survey yesterday on Instagram , I realized that my recipe for lemon cake and almonds made you an eye!
I am delighted with your choice, it is a fresh taste and greedy, raised by the crunchy almonds 🙂
200g of oatmeal
50g of almond powder
1 packet of dry yeast
A pinch of salt
60g of almond puree
1dl of almond milk
50g of flaked almonds
80g of coconut sugar
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees
In a salad bowl, mix the flour, almond powder, yeast, salt, coconut sugar and flaked almonds (keep a handful for decorating!)
Squeeze the juice of the lemons and pour it into the salad bowl.
Add the other moist foods (eggs, milk and almond puree) and mix.
Pour the dough into a silicone cake mold (for easy demolding) and sprinkle with flaked almonds.
Bake for 45 minutes
