Hello my little Loupiotes!

Aaaah the cookies! It is an art! Often too soft or too dry, it is difficult to make the perfect cookie ^^

Here’s a recipe for cookies at the top to cheer up the troops! Crispy cakes outside, melting inside and ready in ten minutes. Let’s go?

Ingredients for 10 cookies:

• 100 g organic black chocolate chips
• 200 g of whole wheat flour
• 120 g of coconut sugar
• 120 g of peanut butter
• 1 whole egg
• 3 tbsp. ripe green tea Matcha bio
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees

In a salad bowl, hand knead the peanut butter with the coconut sugar.

Mix the flour, Matcha green tea, yeast and add the egg and chocolate chips.

Mix again until you have a smooth paste.

Form ten balls of pasta and spread by hand.

Put them on a baking sheet (previously covered with baking paper)

Bake 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

Cool out of the oven. At the end of the oven the cookies are still very soft. It’s normal! They take their soft consistency while cooling down 😉

What do you think of this recipe?

Enjoy your meal!
