A few days ago, I was taking a Pilates Booty class and the coach, Julie, told me that I was stiff as a piece of wood and that I really needed to do more regular stretching sessions . The benefits of stretching are numerous: they prevent back pain, improve flexibility and muscle elasticity, relieve joints, prevent injuries such as strains and even muscle tears, and finally help fight against stress!
I always stretch after a run, but rather short and not necessarily effective. So I searched Youtube for videos to accompany me during my stretching sessions. Here is a selection of my 5 favorite videos! I share them here, because I think they may be useful too! They last about twenty minutes to be easy to fit into a busy schedule. The ideal is to do at least one session per week 😉
