The pear and almond pie is a classic French pastry.
I propose a version “healthy” and without butter! A dessert or taste very simple to make, with a seasonal fruit and “present” well! ^^
– 1 organic broken dough
– 3 or 4 pears
– 100 g of coconut sugar
– 2 eggs
– 100 g ground almonds
– A kitchen soy cream brick
– 25 g of flour (I took whole wheat flour)
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees
Spread the dough in the bottom of your mold and prick it with a fork.
In a salad bowl, mix the coconut sugar, the two eggs, the almond powder, 2 tablespoons of soy cream and the flour.
Pour the mixture over the short pastry
Peel the pears, cut them in half and then slices and put them on the puff pastry forming a crown.
Cook for 30 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
