A new salty recipe that combines the crispiness of the brick leaves with the sweetness of mozzarella, all enhanced by the tangy side of cherry tomatoes!
Ingredients for two tartlets:
– 10 cherry tomatoes
– 3 sheets of brick
– 100 g. mozzarella
– A few sprigs of fresh basil
– 1 pinch of sesame seeds
– 1 egg
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Cut out, in the pastry sheets, 6 circles the size of the tartlets (I took a bowl that I placed upside down on each sheet of brick to cut the circles).
In each mold, stack 1 piece of baking paper and 3 circles of brick sheet.
Cut the mozzarella into slices and place them in the bottom of each mold.
Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes. To incise them in cross
Arrange tomatoes on mozzarella
Using a brush, brush the outline and top of your egg yolk tartlets
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
Sprinkle each tart with minced fresh basil.
Enjoy hot, with a green salad for example! Enjoy your meal !
