Hello darlin ‘!
Invited by Vita Coco and Colette Gym, I tested last night the VOGA! Voga is a new fitness trend, a mix of yoga and Voguing, the street dance of the 80s Madonna way.
Appointed at Elephant Paname, we are about forty participants, dressed in our most beautiful flashy outfits. The room is superb: spacious and lit by a ceiling of loupiotes of all colors, night club atmosphere! The course is given by Juliet Murell, the creator of the voga, dressed in an incredible outfit, I let you see that in image!
The class does not start with classic yoga postures (dog upside down, cobra, warrior …) on a background of pop music. The fundamentals are there. Then hop, Juliet mounts the sound and integrates the dance. We find ourselves chaining small chorea, in a good mood! Juliet Murell delivers the course in English, with a smile. “Strike the pose”, punctuates the Voga course: Juliet asks us to maintain poses, “Stars of the 80s”. I thought a little in a clip, I laughed a lot!
It’s rhythmic, we feel that all the muscles work: thighs, glutes, back, arms. It burns! And considering the aches that I have this morning: I confirm it, it works!
Course objective: to tone up, fill up with energy and positive waves, and have confidence in yourself.
To dance well hydrated, Vita Coco offered us its waters rich in potassium! We left with this gift bag:
I came out of the course of super good mood, motivated and with only one desire: start again as soon as possible!
